Lintonia Town Planning is a small town planning consultancy business based in Port Fairy.

Fiona is passionate about advocating and supporting landowners in development proposals.

Fiona holds a Bachelor Degree in Urban Planning and Development from the University of Melbourne (2008).
Fiona has a wide variety of experience from the smallest shed to the tallest apartment building and everything in between.
Fiona has over the last 20 years has held leadership roles in Local Government and Private Practice, before moving into the boutique consultancy space in early 2025.

Lintonia Town Planning can advocate and submit applications on your behalf to all local councils across Regional Victoria and Metropolitan Melbourne. While based in Port Fairy, Moyne Shire, Fiona has worked on projects large and small from Gippsland to Glenelg covering most of the state.
